I have had "dry" skin for as long as I can remember. About two years ago, the condition of my scalp was practically unbearable.  It constantly itched.  It was all I could do to keep from scratching every couple of minutes.  My husband would get very annoyed and ask if I had "bugs".  My sister was visiting for Thanksgiving that year and had a new shampoo she'd been using called Ultimate.  I tried it, and by the third day of use, I had very little itching whatsoever.  I hardly dared to hope that the itching and embarrassment might be coming to an end,  My sister left her bottle of shampoo with me when she returned home.  I am no longer plagued with an itchy scalp and haven't been without Ultimate shampoo since.
