Corporate Headquarters

This landmark 85,000 square foot office building rests on six acres just west of I-15 and is the tallest structure in southern Utah County. At a cost of approximately $14 million, the project took about 15 months to complete.

The foyer has an impressive three-story waterfall and displays the Neways logo atop 60 tons of natural stone flooring, forming an amazing 370-piece granite map of the world.

Manufacturing Facilities

The present manufacturing campus is located in Salem, Utah. The facility houses Neways' manufacturing, bottling, shipping and warehousing divisions. A new, state-of-the-art research and manufacturing facility is under construction near the corporate headquarters in Springville, Utah.

The new building will have approximately a half million square feet of finished floor space with nearly 17 million cubic feet of volume. It will be an innovative and technologically advanced research and manufacturing facility built to handle the growing demand for Neways' safe and effective products.

Our manufacturing facility in New Zealand, complete with 27 automated lines, is the third largest maker of cosmetics and personal care products in the southern hemisphere. Neways currently markets it's products in 30 countries, and plans to open 6 more soon.  NEWAYS is entering a growth stage that can only be described as phenomenal, with no end in sight.

With 20/20 hindsight, it's easy to see why this is happening. NEWAYS is built on product performance, first and foremost. Most other MLM companies try to develop an opportunity and then look for a product which will fit into their marketing strategy. The products are almost always private labeled from commonly sold products in the marketplace. Nothing special.

The Discoveries

Approximately eleven years ago, The Founders, a research scientist, discovered that the ingredients in formulations being used in skin, hair and personal care products were ineffective and very out of date in relationship to the technological breakthroughs and discoveries that had been made in biochemistry. In addition, many of the ingredients were now found to be potentially harmful to the skin, to many of the internal organs, and to the general health of people using them. The Founders concluded that these ingredients were used long before science had the ability to know the effects, either positively or negatively that would come from their use. These common, potentially harmful ingredients are still allowed because they were "grandfathered in" so many years ago.

Based upon this information, The Founders formed a company called NEWAYS to merchandise products based upon these great scientific discoveries that were not being taken advantage of in the area of skin care, personal care and health products.

"Our requirements to develop a product for the marketplace are," says The Founders, "1. The ingredient must be extremely effective for some personal condition in health or appearance that is desirable to improve. 2. The ingredient has been thoroughly tested for efficacy and safety. 3. It is economically feasible to use this product in a formulation at the level necessary to obtain the desired result. 4 . We will not use any of the support ingredients commonly used in other products, which could potentially cause harm or inhibit the biological processes of the skin and body."

"As an example," The Founders says, "rather than use skin care products and cosmetics, you're better off saving your money and saving your face. You would literally be better off using nothing on your face but soap and water and putting your money in the bank. You will stay younger and be wealthier. However, in this day and age of the expanding baby boomers and longer life spans, many people want to fight the effect of aging every step of the way."
